The Charity Commission is an immensely rewarding place to work. Not only do we see the difference charities make, we have an impact on their role in both the UK and abroad. We understand that charities need more than good intentions to succeed – it’s our job to ensure that they deliver on them too.
And, with over 180,000 registered charities in England and Wales, bringing in over £52 billion a year, our role as regulator is essential in ensuring their promises are kept. In short, we make sure every good intention counts.
