We strongly believe that society benefits from the incredible diversity of the charity sector. That's why we're so passionate about ensuring difference is valued here - and that all our staff and customers are treated with respect and dignity.

We aim to provide a working environment that's free from discrimination, harassment or victimisation (where everyone receives fair and equal treatment related to effective job performance). We also aim to harness the different perspectives and skills on offer, and make full use of them in our work.

In line with this, we support diversity forums within the Commission - encouraging special interest groups to suggest improvements to the way we work. We also provide diversity and cultural awareness training; ensuring that our people feel equipped to deal sensitively with a wide variety of issues.
