If your charity has given us an email address for Charity Commission use we will send you an email when your Annual Return 2009 is available to complete. If not, an invitation to complete your Annual Return 2009 will be posted to the named charity contact on our records. You will be invited to complete your charity's Return online or to request a paper version of the form instead.
As in recent years, the Annual Return form requests proportionally more information from the largest charities and essential information only from smaller charities.
We encourage charities to complete their Annual Returns online using our quick and secure service. Simply follow the link to our Online Services Home Page, and log on using your secure password. If you have forgotten your password or do not have one, you can request one on our Issue password page. Charities with an income of £10,000 or less will be asked to complete an Annual Update 2009.
