Trustees - responsibilities, skills, recruitment and expenses

The people who are responsible for running a charity are known as ‘charity trustees’, although they are often called something else, like committee member, or board member, or director (of a company). The Commission produces a lot of guidance to help charity trustees. The following guidance focuses on selecting, recruiting, informing and retaining trustees.
