If you want a copy of a charity’s governing document, you should initially contact the charity concerned. Although not legally obliged to provide you with a copy, some may provide you with a copy on request or make it available through their website.
If you are a trustee or a member of the charity you are entitled to ask for a copy and we expect a copy of the governing document to be sent to all members of the trustee body.
