The regulations which complete the legal framework for CIOs have yet to be debated by Parliament. Subject to Parliament approving the regulations, will then make them available to charities, following the criteria below.

The CIO will be implemented in phases and we will provide a link to the implementation plan, from this page, once it has been agreed and published by the Office for Civil Society.
